These are the apps I use daily to train:
Nike Run Club & Nike Training Club Whether I’m at home or in the gym these two apps have been getting me right for years. You don’t always need equipment, and you don’t always need a lot of space. But they will make you sweat.
I will be posting my own unique routine and how are use these apps on a weekly basis. It makes it much easier for me, and much easier for you to follow.
This week’s workouts will consist of two recovery runs on Tues & Thurs. respectively, and a 5k run on Sat. But don’t worry, there are some exceptions for you. Revisit on those days to get the full layout of your workouts and let me know if you have any questions.
Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Take it one day at a time
