Today I run my first 5k that I’ve been training for, and you will too!!
Just log onto your NRC app and QuickStart a 3.1 mi run. Now I understand that we may not be in the same shape, so feel free to jog/ walk this one. It’s just important that you get moving!
NTC: “Boxer Burner”
and at the end of the day, try to get in a 1.5 mi run.
